The artwork was created by Ralph Burch, an artist known for creating modern versions of pinup girl pictures inspired by classic images. In this work, Burch shows a long-legged starlet with large Bette Davis eyes perched upon a film reel and showing of her long legs and green stockings. The words "Silver Screen Studios" are written on the sign, and there is a large pair of movie tickets in the background.
