The chain of supermarkets remained successful until the company was purchased during the 1960s. Even though they are gone from shelves, Pantry Pride canned goods are still well-remembered by many people, and the labels of one of those canned goods serves as the inspiration for the Vintage Pantry Tomatoes Metal Sign. Featuring a vibrant navy, gold and yellow design, the sign shows an oversized red tomato along with the brand name, the words 'Hand Packed Tomatoes Salt Added' and various other advertising messages.
