During the 17th century, Frenchmen gathered to show off their finely designed wagons at events that came to be known as the Concours d'Elegance. In the 1930s, the tradition of these events led to elegant car competitions springing up around the world. The Victoria D Elegance Metal Sign brings to life an advertisement for one such event held on Match 6, 1939. The sign shows a green luxury automobile and a sexy redhead pin-up model in front of a beautiful lake landscape. The artwork was produced by artist Greg Hildebrandt and has been sublimated onto the American steel sign, making every detail vivid and long lasting.
