SHIPPING
- Flat Rate Shipping is $8.95
- FREE Shipping on all orders of $79
- We ship to US 48 states only (Not Alaska and Hawaii)
- All metal signs are handmade to order and usually ships within 3-5 business days. (Mon. - Fri)
- All LED lighted Wall Clocks and Neon Products usually ships within 1-3 business days. (Mon. - Fri).
- We do not offer any expedited or express shipping.
- We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Mail.
- Please provide a street address as UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Submitting an incorrect shipping address with your order may delay delivery of your order and will likely result in additional fees.
- An Address Correction Fee of $22.50 (actual FedEx Rate) will be charged for each package in the shipment after package(s) has been shipped.
The most common mistakes made when providing us with shipping address are an incorrect zip code, wrong street number, missing apartment/suite number, and/or missing company name. In all fairness, any fees billed to us by the shipping carrier for an address correction or delivery change after the order ships will be billed to you.
To help prevent or avoid order delivery delays, additional fees, please double check the shipping address prior to submitting your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If a cancellation request is submitted at this point, the customer has the option to return the item for a full refund.
RETURN POLICY
Damaged/Missing Products: Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of delivery.
Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchased. You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. (excluding personalized and custom signs).
- Personalized Signs, Personalized LED Clocks and Custom signs cannot be returned as they are considered "special order".
- Any refund will NOT include the original shipping charges, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages (when returned).
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- If your item was shipped with our free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, sellable condition, packed in original box with all parts(protective plastic film etc.) and all original packaging materials. If not, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
