Retro Prussian State Railway Metal Sign 14 x 8 Inches
During the 1910s and 1920s, the Prussia produced more than 1,200 steam locomotive to carry goods needed for its war efforts. The Prussian State Railway metal sign shows a perfect recreation of these large 0-10-0T trains, which continued to be operated until 1974 in some parts of the world. The sign gives a vivid depiction of the locomotive with intricate detail and was based on retro postcards once sold for collectors with an interest in trains. At the bottom right, the sign provides information about the locomotive and bears the words "Prussian State Railway."
